General Terms of Use of the Pachaca Service

2.1. Pachaca Application - a mobile application for smartphones through which the Client orders household services.

2.2. Pachaca Platform - an information platform managed by Sole Proprietor Zakharov Vitalii Serhiiovych to organize services between Clients and Service Providers.

2.3. Cancellation Fee - an amount charged to the Client if an ordered service is canceled after confirmation by the Service Provider.

2.4. Client - a user who orders a service through the Pachaca application.

2.5. Service Agreement - legal relations between the Client and the Service Provider regarding the provision of a service.

2.6. Service Provider - an individual or legal entity that provides household services through the Pachaca platform.

2.7. Service Location - the address at which the Client orders the performance of the service.

2.8. Prohibited Services - services that violate the law or are prohibited under the service rules.

2.9. General Terms of Service - these Terms governing relations between the Client, Service Provider, and the Pachaca service.

2.10. Service - any action performed by the Service Provider at the Client's request.

2.11. Service Recipient - a person who physically receives the service if they are not the Client.

2.12. Household Services - a list of services provided by Service Providers: cleaning, repairs, delivery, plumbing work, etc.

2.13. User - a general term for the Client or Service Recipient.

3.1. The service allows the Client to order household services through the application.

3.2. The Service Agreement is concluded between the Client and the Service Provider, not with Sole Proprietor Zakharov Vitalii Serhiiovych.

3.3. The Provider (Sole Proprietor Zakharov) is not a party to the household services agreement but performs only an information and intermediary function.

3.4. Ordering Prohibited Services is forbidden.

3.5. The Service Provider has the right to cancel a call if they determine that the service is prohibited or impossible.

3.6. The Client is obliged to familiarize the Service Recipient with the terms of service provision.

3.7. Sole Proprietor Zakharov V.S. is not liable for the quality of services performed by the Service Provider.

3.8. The maximum liability of the Service Provider to the Client is 10,000 UAH.

3.9. The application is provided "as is" without any warranty.

3.10. Service Providers have the right to refuse to perform an order without providing a reason.

4.1. The Provider has the right to immediately block a Client or Service Provider in case of violation of the Terms.

4.2. Use of the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

4.3. The service reserves the right to cancel an order with appropriate compensation.

5.1. The Provider has the right to change these Terms by notifying Users through the application or email.

5.2. Continued use of the service means automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

5.3. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable law of Ukraine.
