PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter - "Offer") and defines the terms of use of the "Pachaca" service.
1.2. Acceptance of this Offer occurs through registration in the "Pachaca" mobile application or by placing a service order.
1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the User is considered to have entered into an agreement for the provision of information and intermediary services with Sole Proprietor Zakharov Vitalii Serhiiovych (hereinafter - "Operator").
2. Terms
Operator - Sole Proprietor Zakharov Vitalii Serhiiovych, who ensures the operation of the application, accepts payment, and transfers funds to Service Providers.
User (Client) - an individual who orders cleaning services through the application.
Service Provider (Cleaner) - an individual entrepreneur or self-employed person who actually provides cleaning services.
The "Pachaca" Service - a mobile application and web platform that facilitate interaction between the Client and the Service Provider.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Operator provides the User with access to an electronic platform for ordering cleaning services.
3.2. The Operator is not a direct provider of cleaning services but acts as an information intermediary between the User and the Service Provider.
3.3. Payment for services is made through the Service, after which the Operator retains a 20% commission and transfers the remainder to the Service Provider.
4. Types of Services
4. Types of Services and Pricing
4.1. Maintenance Cleaning
Price: 42 UAH/m²
Minimum order: 30 m²
The service includes:
- ◦ dry and wet floor cleaning;
- ◦ dusting accessible surfaces;
- ◦ cleaning mirrors, plumbing fixtures, and kitchen surfaces;
- ◦ taking out trash;
- ◦ tidying items within basic order.
Does not include: window washing, cleaning inside cabinets, removal of stubborn stains.
4.2. Basic Cleaning
Price: 50 UAH/m²
Minimum order: 30 m²
The service includes:
- ◦ full cleaning of all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas;
- ◦ washing windowsills, furniture, and baseboards;
- ◦ cleaning kitchen facades and household appliances externally;
- ◦ disinfection of bathrooms;
- ◦ cleaning mirrors and glass;
- ◦ wet floor cleaning with detergents.
Recommended after renovation, before renting out, or for deep cleaning of a home.
4.3. Upholstery Dry Cleaning
The price is determined based on the type of furniture and the level of soiling:
- ◦ armchair - from 350 UAH;
- ◦ 2-seater sofa - from 700 UAH;
- ◦ corner sofa - from 900 UAH;
- ◦ mattress - from 600 UAH.
The service includes:
- ◦ deep cleaning of fabric or eco-leather with a specialized vacuum;
- ◦ stain and odor removal, disinfection;
- ◦ drying to a "slightly damp surface" state.
4.4. Garment Dry Cleaning
The price is determined based on the type and material of the clothing:
- ◦ shirt - from 150 UAH;
- ◦ coat - from 400 UAH;
- ◦ down jacket - from 500 UAH;
- ◦ dress - from 250 UAH.
The service includes:
- ◦ stain removal, professional washing or dry cleaning;
- ◦ drying, steaming, and folding of items;
- ◦ packaging in a protective cover (if needed).

5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment is made online via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank card.
5.2. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
5.3. After payment confirmation, the service is considered ordered.
7. Liability
7.1. The Operator is not liable for the actions or inaction of the Service Provider.
7.2. All claims regarding service quality are resolved directly between the User and the Service Provider, with the possibility of involving the "Pachaca" Support Service as a mediator.
7.3. If an order is canceled less than 1 hour before the start of work, funds are not refunded.
8. Refunds
8.1. A refund is possible if the service was not performed due to the Service Provider's refusal or a technical error of the service.
8.2. Refunds are made to the User's bank card within 5 business days.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
9.2. Data is used exclusively for providing services through the "Pachaca" application.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Offer is indefinite and remains in effect until revoked by the Operator.
10.2. The Operator has the right to change the terms of the Offer without prior notice.
10.3. The current version of the Offer is always available in the "Pachaca" application and on the official website: https://pachaca.com
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The User undertakes to:
- • provide accurate information when placing an order;
- • ensure access to the premises at the specified time;
- • not interfere with the performance of the work.
The Operator undertakes to:
- • ensure the technical operation of the service;
- • transfer funds to Service Providers;
- • review user inquiries regarding service quality.
The Service Provider undertakes to:
- • perform services with quality in accordance with "Pachaca" standards;
- • adhere to ethical standards when communicating with clients.
